An Intergenerational Silver Lining to the Corona Virus Cloud

In Malachi 4:6, God tells us He is about the business of turning the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers. This theme of intergenerational reconciliation is one of the most common elements in novels, short stores, and movies, and is at the heart of the Gospel.

It has been heartening to hear over the past few weeks of kids checking in with their older parents and grandparents, making sure their needs are taken care of and that their physical health is protected. We get the sense that this is becoming a widespread phenomenon across our country. What a blessing!
