District 30 Has a New State Senator

State Rep. Lynn Findley, R-Vale and part of House leadership, has been chosen by county commissioners in eastern Oregon to replace Sen. Cliff Bentz, who resigned his post to run for Greg Walden’s U.S. House seat.

While only 1 of 30 state senators, Findley’s district covers 36% of Oregon’s land area.
