Latest version of Cap and Crony

As the 2020 short session of Oregon’s Legislature gears up, the most significant attack on liberty, the cap and crony bill, is getting a facelift. Even with corporate carve outs, a new name, and a geographic phase in of large gas tax increases, it still looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck. Peking duck, that is.

Cap and crony will do virtually nothing to decrease carbon but will massively transfer wealth and power from private to government hands, just like in China.
